Event runs from Thursday, August 27th through Saturday, August 29th
Starts each day at 8:00am.
Pre-Event Preparation – Volunteers Needed!
Pulled Pork Preparation
The pork will be warm from the roasters and ready to pull at 6:00pm.
We’ll add the sauce and package it. Volunteers needed! Bring pulling tongs if you have them!

On-Site Setup & Arrival Days
Grange Equipment & Supplies will be moved to the site on Monday & Tuesday
Wednesday, August 26th – All setup must be completed by 5:00pm
Turkey Hill Grange will operate the food concession as follows:
Thursday, August 27th, 7:00am – 9:00pm
Friday, August 28th, 7:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday, August 29th, 7:00am – 9:00pm
Tear-down, Cleanup, & Move-out Day
Sunday, August 30th – 11:00am until completed
