Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The National Grange has partnered with the Oregon Institute for a Better Way and together have been awarded a grant from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to raise awareness in communities like the ones the Grange serves about this program.

The ACP provides a subsidy for eligible low-income individuals and households to their participating internet service providers. You may be eligible if are you fall at or below 200% of the federal poverty line, or are already qualified for another government assistance program such as Social Security Insurance (SSI), Medicaid, SNAP or Veteran’s Pension, among others.
